Whip up a gluten free decadent chocolate cake that will be the talk of the party.

Yields 6" round cake

You will need

  • 2 packages Eat Up! Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix
  • 1 1/2 cup cup vegetable oil
  • 8 large eggs, or plant-based replacement
  • 12 cups water
  • Chocolate frosting or plant based alternative


Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly whisk eggs and water together. Add oil. Gradually add mix to liquid ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour batter into two lightly greased 6-inch round baking pan. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Frost and assemble the layers of the cake.
