Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

This classic dessert recipe is delicious, simple and sure to become a favorite!

Yields About 12, 3 1/2-inch cookies

You will need

  • 1 package Eat Up! Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • One half cup butter or plant-based alternative, softened
  • 1 large egg or plant-based egg replacement
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 package of Chocolate Chips


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix softened butter with egg and oil. Add 1 package of oatmeal cookie mix and chocolate chips. Mix until combined. Divide dough into 12 portions and form into balls. Place them on a cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake in pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
