Classic Oatmeal – Quick Rolled Oats
Yields Serves 2 people
You will need
- 1 cup Eat Up! Gluten Free Quick Rolled Oats
- 2 cups water
- ¼ tsp salt (optional)
- Bring water and salt to a boil and add quick rolled oats.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let stand covered for a few minutes. Serves two people.
- In a large bowl, combine quick rolled oats, water and salt.
- Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
