Yields One 9” round cake or one 8”x8” square cake

You will need


  • 1 package Eat Up! Cinnamon Spice Muffin & Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs, or plant-based egg replacement
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions


Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly whisk eggs and add vegetable oil and water. Gradually add mix to liquid ingredients and mix until well combined. Spoon batter into a lightly greased 9” round or 8”x8” square baking pan. Bake until golden brown, about 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
