Classic Oatmeal – Rolled Oats
Yields Serves 2 people
You will need
- 1 cup Eat Up! Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2 cups water
- ¼ tsp salt (optional)
- Bring water and salt to a boil. Add old fashioned rolled oats.
- Reduce heat and cook 10-20 minutes (depending on the consistency you desire). Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let stand covered for a few minutes. Serves two people.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, water and salt.
- Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes.
- Let stand for 2 minutes. Serves two people.
